3.3 Age Requirements: You must be at least 18 years old to make a booking. If you are booking on behalf of a group that includes minors, you confirm that you have the authority to do so.

4. Payment and Cancellation

4.1 Payment Terms: Payment terms will be specified during the booking process. Generally, a deposit is required to confirm a booking, with the balance due before the tour date.

4.2 Prices: All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise specified. Prices may change without notice.

4.3 Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations more than 30 days before the tour date: Full refund minus a 10% administrative fee
  • Cancellations 15-30 days before the tour date: 50% refund
  • Cancellations less than 15 days before the tour date: No refund
  • We reserve the right to cancel tours due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund will be provided

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Ownership: The content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, and software, is the property of True North Tours and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

5.2 Limited License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to access and use the website for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include:
